【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishestherequirementsforthedesignanduseofvitreous-enamel-coatedboltedcylindricalsteeltanksforthestorageortreatmentofwaterormunicipalorindustrialeffluentsandsludges.Itappliestothedesignofthetankandanyassociatedroofandgivesguidanceontherequirementsforthedesignofthefoundation.Itapplieswherea)thetankiscylindricalandismountedonaload-bearingbasesubstantiallyatorabovegroundlevel;b)theproductofthetankdiameterinmetresandthewallheightinmetreslieswithintherange5to500;c)thetankdiameterdoesnotexceed100mandthetotalwallheightdoesnotexceed50m;d)thestoredmaterialhasthecharacteristicsofaliquid,exertinganegligiblefrictionalforceonthetankwall;thestoredmaterialmaybeundergoingtreatmentaspartofamunicipalorindustrialeffluenttreatmentprocess;e)theinternalpressureintheheadspaceabovetheliquiddoesnotexceed50kPaandtheinternalpartialvacuumabovetheliquiddoesnotexceed10kPa;f)thewallsofthetankarevertical;g)thefloorofthetankissubstantiallyflatatitsintersectionwiththewall;thefloorofthetankmayhaveariseorfallbuiltintoallowcompleteemptyingofthetankcontents,theslopeofwhichdoesnotexceed1:100;h)thereisnegligibleinertialandimpactloadduetotankfilling;i)theminimumthicknessofthetankshellis1,5mm;j)thematerialusedforthemanufactureofthesteelsheetsiscarbonsteel(tanksconstructedofsheetsmadefromaluminiumorstainlesssteelareoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard);k)thetemperatureofthetankwallduringoperationiswithintherange?50°Cto+100°Cunderalloperatingconditions.ThisInternationalStandardalsogivesdetailsofprocedurestobefollowedduringinstallationonsiteandforinspectionandmaintenanceoftheinstalledtank.Itdoesnotapplytochemical-reactionvessels.Itdoesnotapplytotanksfittedwithfloatingroofs.Itdoesnotcoverresistancetofire.
