【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardcodeofpracticedescribesthecausesandeffectsofsurfaceandinterstitialcondensationinbuildingsandgivesrecommendationsfortheircontrol.Theprinciplesofcontrolandtherecommendationsgivencanbeappliedgenerallytobothnewandexistingbuildings.Someconstructions,e.g.curtainwallingorthosearoundcoldstoresandthosebuildingswithunusuallyhighinternalhumidities,suchasswimmingpoolsorbuildingswithwetindustrialprocesses,areoutsidethescopeofthisstandardandneedspecializedtreatment.Thisstandardprovidesguidanceforbuildingdesigners,contractors,owners,managersandoccupiersandincludesrecommendationsforheating,ventilationandconstructionwhichcancontrolcondensation.Methodsofcalculationarealsogiventohelpassessandquantifyrisk.Methodsaregiventodeterminetheoccurrenceandassesstheeffectsof:a)surfacecondensation,ormouldgrowth,oneofitsassociatedeffects;andb)interstitialcondensation.
